1. Cancellation & Refunds

We offer a flexible cancellation policy based on the time remaining before your scheduled booking.

• More than 24 hours before booking: 100% refund of the advance amount.
• 4 to 24 hours before booking: 50% refund of the advance amount.
• Less than 4 hours before booking: No refund provided.

2. Processing Time

All eligible refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

3. Weather Cancellations

In the event of severe weather conditions that force a venue to close, you will receive a 100% refund regardless of the cancellation window, or the option to reschedule your booking.
